Is it possible to order single bottles?
We only sell single bottles if there is an already open case.
Minimum order is CHF 500.00 within Switzerland or CHF 1’000.00 abroad.
What is the deadline to place my order if I want to receive it the next day?
Cave BB needs to receive your order by 10 a.m. to guarantee next business day delivery by PostPac Priority. Express orders may be placed at any time at an extra charge. This is only applicable for deliveries within Switzerland and subject to delivery by Swiss Post.
May I order by phone?
No, but we are here to help with any queries you might have and you can reach us during business hours Monday – Friday at +41 (0)44 919 8822.
May I pick up my wines?
Yes, our opening hours are:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 12 noon, 1:30 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday we are closed.
Please call us in advance in order for us to prepare your order.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Wines for delivery within Switzerland are sent by Planzer Paket. Shipping for 36 bottles ore more will be sent through a forwarder.
Prices for shipping overseas are available upon request.
