Is it possible to order single bottles? We do not sell single bottles of any wine, unless we have an already open case.
By what time do I need to place my order if I want to receive it the next day? Cave BB needs to receive your order by 10 a.m. to guarantee next business day delivery by A-Post. Express orders may be placed at any time, at an extra charge. This is only applicable for delivery within Switzerland and subject to delivery by Swiss Post.
May I order by phone? Yes, you can reach us during business hours Monday – Friday at +41 44 919 8822.
May I pick up my wines? Yes, our opening hours are: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 12 noon, 1:30 p.m. – 5 p.m.
How much do you charge for shipping? Usually we send the bottles within Switzerland by VinoLog, a service provided by Swiss Post. VinoLog picks up shipments once a week, so your order needs to be placed by Monday evening. One case or box up to 12 bottles is CHF 17.—, each additional case is CHF 17.—. For shipments of 36 bottles or more, we use a carrier (1-5 cases or boxes cost approx. CHF 68.—).
