Worth knowing and necessities

General conditions

1. The most recent price list replaces any and all prior editions.
2. Prices do not include VAT and are ex cellar in CH-Zumikon, in Swiss Franks per unit.
3. We reserve the right to sell bottles which are still packaged in their original wood cases as whole units only.
4. We require advance payment for all shipments or cash payment (EC/Postcard) upon pick up.
5. In case of non compliance with the agreed payment terms, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
6. We usually ship by post (Vinolog) or shipper, the cost of which will be billed to the client. Insurance must be covered by client.
7. Any complaints need to be made in writing and within eight business days of receipt of the goods.
8. Our prices are net, payable upon receipt of invoice. Any deductions will be charged.
9. All order to Switzerland require a minimum amount of CHF 500.-, orders abroad or overseas CHF 1000.-
10. Prior sale and prices are subject to change without notice.
11. Due to our low profit margins, we are unable to replace any flawed bottles.
12. The jurisdiction is Zumikon ZH, Switzerland.
